Tartuflanghe Tartufissima No. 19 is the world's first truffle pasta in 1990, thanks to Beppe's experience and culinary imagination as chef and founder of the Tartuflanghe brand. The noodles won the "Outstanding New Product" award at the Fancy Food Summer Show in New York. Such success is due to special characteristics: completely handmade, giving the product an unusual texture, a high percentage of truffles and a large number of eggs in the composition, enhancing the aroma of truffles. When cooked, the noodles have an elegant and well-balanced taste.
