A decisive flavor, framed in the thousand scents of the freshness of an oil bottled as soon as it comes out of the mill. A fruity soul characterized by a pleasant persistent bitter note. It is strongly identifiable and full-bodied, thanks to the presence of precious peel and pulp residues that enriches it, witnesses of the olives’ freshness from which it was produced. The Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from Coratina olives, typically grown in Puglia. More specifically, most of them grow on the northern province of Bari.
It is particularly suitable to season raw dishes, so that these can be enriched with strong notes. Excellent on legumes, bruschetta, grilled vegetables and mixed salads.
