Galbani Gran Gusto is a mixture of hard cheeses with a delicate taste and aroma - in a convenient package that has a zip lock for long-term storage. Some consider Gran Gusto the grandson of Parmesan, they are indeed related and somewhat similar, but Gran Gusto is a completely self-sufficient cheese. Its technology is similar to Parmigiano Reggiano, but it does not have such strict rules regarding the region of origin. Gran Gusto has a slightly saltier taste than Parmesan and is a tangy, nutty cheese. It is ideal for sauces, pastas and salads.
