Torchyn® professional mustard is a balanced combination of two types of mustard (white and sarepta) and spices (coriander, turmeric, allspice). Mustard has a rich aroma with notes of honey, moderate sharpness. Use mustard in professional kitchens as a marinade for chicken, pork, beef, or as an additional sauce for grilled sausages, steaks and kebabs. Mustard Torchyn® professional will also be an excellent salad dressing ingredient. The polymer membrane in each bucket is a reliable product protection.

Однолетние травянистые растения с цельными или лировидными листьями. Чашелистики отстоящие. Лепестки жёлтые, отгиб обратно-овальный, ноготок короче отгиба. Горчичное семя используется в консервировании овощей, грибов, рыбы, в приготовлении овощных блюд, мясных супов, фаршей. Горчичный порошок употребляется в фармацевтике для изготовления горчичников, для ножных ванн (при простудных заболеваниях, в кулинарии — при приготовлении говядины и свинины, различной дичи, холодных и горячих соусов и подлив. Но самое большое количество семян используется для производства горчицы.
