Oltermanni 29% is a traditional Finnish creamy semi-hard cheese with a classic aromatic and fresh taste, with a barely noticeable sourness. The ripening period for this cheese is at least 4 weeks. It is perfect for sandwiches, as well as for decorating a cheese plate and preparing dishes. For over 50 years, Oltemanni cheese has been traditionally produced at the Valio factory in Haapavesi, Finland.
