This is a tasty appetizer for your table from Veres. Cucumbers are placed in jars according to size: cornichons 3-5 cm in 0.3 l; cornichons 5-7 cm in 0.5 l; standard gherkins 7-9 cm in 0.7 l;  standard + gherkins 9-12 cm in 1.5 jars. They are stuffed in jars by hand with fresh dill, horseradish leaves, garlic and cayenne pepper .
