Cottage cheese "Domashny" TM "Yagotinsky" is a natural cottage cheese without the addition of preservatives and stabilizers, made from natural cow's milk by fermenting it with beneficial lactic acid bacteria. As a result of the fermentation process, the most valuable thing is extracted from the milk: easily digestible protein (casein) and milk fat. At the Yagotinsky creamery, cottage cheese is produced using equipment from the Polish company Obram, which improves the quality of cottage cheese due to a closed production cycle. This equipment eliminates direct human intervention in the product itself during the production process and guarantees the safety and quality of the cheese.
