Yagotynske TM sourdough is a unique sour-milk product developed by specialists of the Yahotynsky butter factory. The leaven is made from natural milk with the addition of biologically active lactic acid bacteria. The product contains probiotic strains (Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5, Bifidobacterium BB-12), thermophilic lactic acid microorganisms (Streptococcus thermophilus) and Escherichia coli (Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus). There are no stabilizers and thickeners in the sourdough - the uniform consistency and density of the product are provided by beneficial lactic acid bacteria, which are 10 times more in sourdough than in kefir.
