"Opillya Corifei" is a classic live beer of old Europe, brewed according to the traditional recipe of the "Bavarian Beer Law" 1516 from malt, hops, water. "Opillya Korifei" is a pure taste of beer and only beer. Light beer is made in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3888-99 with a mass fraction of solids 11%, and alcohol content of at least 3.7% vol. The beer has pure malt and hop taste with moderate hop bitterness and moderate hop aroma. For brewing "Opillya Korifei" beer, malting barley malt, drinking water, malting barley, hops and brewer's yeast are used. The beer is brewed according to the old classical technology and matures in ancient cellars underground, where the temperature is always stable + 1 - + 2ºC, where the beer ferments, ferments and undergoes the filtration process. The process of beer fermentation lasts 7 days and fermentation takes 11 days.
