Coconut flour is made from coconuts grown on ecological plantations in Sri Lanka without the use of pesticides and other chemicals. The fruits of coconut palms from the coast of the Indian Ocean have a tender and juicy flesh. By cold pressing and gentle drying, followed by grinding, it becomes flour. All technological processes, from the planting of coconut trees to the packaging of flour, comply with EU requirements for organic producers. The flour does not contain GMOs, preservatives, dyes - it is a certified organic product, created in harmony with nature.
