Frozen khinkali are immersed in boiling salted water (10 g of salt per liter of water) in the ratio of semi-finished products to water 1: 4. Khinkali are boiled after they emerge for 15-18 minutes until cooked. Ready khinkali are taken out of the water. Serve with sour cream, butter, and other sauces.
