Thanks to the combination of sourdough, brewing and real kvass of our own production, our Borodinsky has dense, porous, moist pulp and a rich, sweetish rye taste. Coriander seeds add a special spicy note to the slices of this bread. We recommend trying Borodinsky with thin pieces of generously seasoned frozen lard.
