Bright and refreshing, slightly sweet lager with a pleasant bitterness and dry aftertaste. Produced since 1874 in the village of Veкеké Popovice, Central Bohemian Region. Kozel is the most popular Czech beer outside the Czech Republic. Beer has its own special ritual: Kozel "Cut" is obtained by mixing light and dark beer.
