Pelmeni "premium" class. Minced meat for these dumplings is prepared only from chilled meat (pork and beef), fresh onions, natural spices. Premium flour with the addition of chicken eggs and refined sunflower oil makes the dough thin and prevents overcooking during cooking. The dumplings do not contain soy, preservatives and GMOs. The minced meat:dough ratio is 50%:50%.
