French fries differ in quality: premium, A and B, and in the types of cuts. The most popular are classic cut (9-10mm), and thin straws (6-7 mm) and iso general (wavy). High-quality processing allows you to increase the yield of the finished product per kilogram of raw materials. French fries stay warm much longer after frying.
