This is a classic pate with a pleasant sprat flavor and hints of spices, it has a soft tender texture, appetizing smell. The pate is made from smoked sprats, which did not get into the famous canned food "Riga sprats" due to its size or loss of integrity during packaging. Smoking takes place exclusively with the preservation of natural smoking technology on white alder chips. Spread the pate well on bread, toast, use as a filling for tartlets. The bank is equipped with a key, it is convenient to open.
