Preparation steps

Preparation of honey dough — Mix honey, sugar and eggs in a steam bath until dissolved. ⏱ 15 min. Guideline: the sugar should be completely dissolved.

Baking the cakes — Add flour, distribute into the moulds and bake. ⏱ 30 min. Guideline: the cakes should be golden brown.

Preparing the cream — Whip the cream with sugar and add the dissolved coffee. ⏱ 10 min. Guideline: the cream should be thick.

Assembling the cake — Spread cream on each cake layer, stacking them on top of each other. ⏱ 20 min. Guideline: the cake layers should be well saturated.
