Yogurt Azorel is made in a thermostatic way. In the milk, after pasteurization, a direct fermentation starter is added, after which it is poured into consumer containers. Further, the product is sent to thermostatic chambers with an exposure of up to 12 hours. The difference between curdled milk and kefir is its delicate taste and aroma.
